St. Marguerite d’Youville now has an Employment Workshop designed to help those parishioners who are currently seeking employment with resume writing, interviewing skills and improving computer skills.  Resumes can be filed with the parish and job offers will be shared with the participants. 

 

CAREER MINISTRY WORKSHOP: The June Career Ministry Workshop will be held on August 20 at 7:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall. Topics to be covered: Resume Writing/Updating, Networking, Interview Skills, Job Search Resources, and Computer Skills Refreshing. The workshop is open to all those looking for employment. Recent college graduates are encouraged to attend this workshop.

Has it been a while since your last job interview? Are you nervous about the prospects of going through the process?  We will offer you a chance to practice and prepare so you can ace the interview and be a contender for the position you seek.
