PSR REGISTRATION for 2010 - 2011

Re-registration forms were sent home to all current PSR families.  Please return form with fee as soon as possible.  FEES for the 2010-2011 year are as follows: 

BEFORE June 30 - $60 / 1 child; $90 / 2 children and $140 / 3 or more children.

AFTER June 30 $70 / 1 child; $100 / 2 children and $180 / 3 or more children.

Fees for Catechist with children in the program are $30 / 1 child; $50 / 2 children and $70 / 3 or more children.

Reminder!  A copy of Baptismal certificate needed for all children preparing for First Communion and Confirmation!
